How much water and home perfume should I use in an ultrasonic diffuser?
Fill to the marked water line, then add your home perfume according to the dosage guide included with your device — we recmmend 5-10 drops from our home perfumes depending ont he size of the room and required fragrance intensity.
How long does a bottle of home perfume last?
This depends on your daily usage, but most cases our 10 ml bottles last between 6-8 weeks.
Can I travel with a Fagnes diffuser?
Our portable waterless devices are designed for exactly that — effortless fragrance wherever you go.
Where’s the best place to put my diffuser?
Please avoid direct sunlight, closed corners, or spots right next to air vents/open windows, as airflow affects how well scent travels. Always place the diffuser on an even place.
Does a diffuser also add humidity to the air?
Water-based ultrasonic diffusers do add a small amount of moisture — but the main purpuse is still fragrance, so if you need to increase the humidity of the room, please rely on a humidifier.

Are diffusers a safe way of introducing essential oils to children?
Our heartfelt recommendation is to introduce essential oils and diffusion only above age 3. Ultrasonic diffusers are a great way to enhance the air in spaces like bedrooms, playrooms, or daycare facilities. When diffusing around infants and children, we recommend following these guidelines:
- Less is more — use fewer drops of essential oils when children are present
- Intermittent settings — choose intermittent over continuous run
- Diffusion duration — limit to 30–60 minutes on, followed by 30–60 minutes off

Can I switch fragrances in the same diffuser, or should I clean it first?
